Building an operational volunteer network across Israel. Including volunteer training, field drills, equipment (drones and communication gear), recruitment of regional coordinators, operational doctrine, and full yearly activation.
Impact: Creates a strong civilian network that supplements the Moledet command center and supports farmers throughout Israel.
